Logo Process

So I'm not sure if I like the skully for my logo, it just seemed like a fun idea at the time. I was also thinking about something else, a bird, fish, because logo's are hard for me. (this is why I am not in graphic design!) But I tried some new techniques on photoshop that I have been wanting to try. Here are some hand sketches- color comps- and a few other frevilous ideas about this logo thing.

    Well, regardless of what you use as your final logo design, the technique in which you used to make your logo will stand out. It will be eye catching since it gives the feeling of being real...of being raised and smooth in texture. I think it's different

    I like this logo so far. Its very clean and simple. The skull with wings caught my interest for some reason. Maybe try making an animal skull, since you mentioned birds and fish. Keep it up.

    Hey Brit, I like the new design, I remember you showed me the drafts in class. You did some great things in photoshop. I'm reminded of those metal buttons you can buy at cons, but that's not really a bad thing. It makes the logo pop off the page.
